General Terms and Conditions of the WPBlogs.ai Affiliate Program

1. Purpose

These general terms and conditions define the terms of participation in the WPBlogs.ai affiliate program, allowing affiliates to promote the WPBlogs.ai plugin and earn commissions on generated sales. Any registration to the program implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.

2. Eligibility

The affiliate program is open to any natural or legal person who has:
  • a valid user account on WPBlogs.ai,
  • a legitimate promotional channel (website, blog, social networks, email, video, training, etc.).
WPBlogs.ai reserves the right to refuse or terminate an affiliation without justification in case of non-compliance with these terms.

3. Enrollment in the Affiliate Program

Registration is free of charge. The affiliate must provide accurate and up-to-date information, in particular their banking details and IBAN for commission payments. The affiliation becomes effective after automatic validation by WPBlogs.ai.

4. Affiliate Link and Promo Code

Each affiliate receives:
  • a unique affiliate link,
  • a personal promo code, identical to their affiliate identifier.
Both methods allow correct commission attribution and the activation of a credit bonus for the end customer. The affiliate is responsible for the proper use of their link and promo code.

5. Credit Bonus for Customers

When a customer registers via an affiliate link or promo code:
  • they receive a random bonus between 1 and 100 WPBlogs.ai credits,
  • the bonus is granted only once per customer,
  • credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
WPBlogs.ai reserves the right to adjust the bonus distribution rules at any time.

6. Commissions

The affiliate earns a 25% lifetime commission on all payments made by referred customers. The commission is:
  • recurring,
  • valid as long as the customer remains active.
There is no time limit and no earnings cap.

7. Tracking and Transparency

The affiliate has access to a personal dashboard allowing them to view:
  • clicks,
  • conversions,
  • generated commissions,
  • paid and pending amounts.
The displayed data is authoritative.

8. Commission Payments

Payments:
  • are made by bank transfer,
  • are processed on a monthly basis.
The affiliate is responsible for the accuracy of their banking information. No payment can be made in the event of an invalid or incomplete IBAN or banking details.

9. Affiliate Obligations

The affiliate agrees to:
  • promote WPBlogs.ai in a fair and honest manner,
  • not use misleading, fraudulent, or abusive practices,
  • comply with applicable laws (advertising, data protection, competition, etc.).
The following are strictly prohibited:
  • spam,
  • false or misleading advertising,
  • abusive self-referral,
  • identity or brand impersonation.

10. Termination

WPBlogs.ai may suspend or terminate an affiliation at any time in the event of:
  • proven or suspected fraud,
  • non-compliance with these terms,
  • damage to the image or interests of WPBlogs.ai.
In the event of termination for cause, unpaid commissions may be canceled.

11. Liability

WPBlogs.ai cannot be held liable for:
  • indirect loss of revenue,
  • temporary technical malfunctions,
  • improper use of the affiliate link or promo code.
The affiliate remains solely responsible for their promotional actions.

12. Amendments to the Terms

WPBlogs.ai reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be informed of updates via their affiliate dashboard. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These general terms and conditions are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute shall be subject to the competent courts of the registered office of the publisher of WPBlogs.ai.
